If you have a diploma and above qualification from an institution not found in the application form’s drop-down list of the Ministry of Manpower Singapore, you will be required to submit the verification proof from a global verification agency to ensure the qualification is genuine and was awarded by an accredited institution. You are required to apply for an Education Verification for any Education record that is not listed on the SG MOM website when applying for an Employment Pass.

You are required to Agree and Sign the “Letter of Authorisation” to consent the disclosure of personal and education details to Cisive to conduct verification as part of the Employment Pass Application process of the Ministry of Manpower Singapore.
The standard turnaround time is 15 business days from the receipt of payment and all required documentation. If your Educational Institute is located in India or China, the Education Check may take longer.
Once the verification process has been completed, Cisive will send an email notification to your email address provided during the initial online submission. You can download the final report in PDF format on the portal with your login credentials.

Some of the institutions do not accept electronic signature. Thus, we will send an email to request for a wet ink signature of the Letter of Authorisation to proceed with the verification.
You are required to upload and submit the report to the Ministry of Manpower Singapore directly.
